Her report itself is somewhat misleading since Peace Corps funding is provided through State, Foreign Operations and Related Programs (SFOPS) appropriations, Americorps was a scam as was Freedom Corps.
One thing for sure is Obama spread the money a lot further than Pelosi's Baltimore.
