I wholeheartedly agree. It messes me up for a month! I lived in AZ for 6 years, and it was wonderful to not have my sleep pattern disrupted. Please, America. Stop messing with natural rhythms.

Thanks. Sleep patterns are deeply ingrained and hard to change. When you do change them there is a price to pay. Doing it arbitrarily twice a year isn’t worth the price to me.

Changing the clocks is a stupid exercise. Keep DST all year around.
Keep Standard Time all year round.

Maybe you should find a way to ship it up to Alaska where it is needed. Pipelines could be built from Phoenix/Tucson across the Grand Canyon and the Rockies.

Florida has passed a law making DST all year no change. Up to feds to approve. I hope we can get this in 2020. None of my clocks are right and I don’t sleep right after time change.

It’s apparent to me, after reading all of the comments on this thread, that most of the complainers have never served in the military and been moved to other parts of the world occasionally.
I saw a couple of comments that indicated that DST causes more accidents, heart attacks, etc. ...How does more daylight in the early evenings do that?
