I wholeheartedly agree. It messes me up for a month! I lived in AZ for 6 years, and it was wonderful to not have my sleep pattern disrupted. Please, America. Stop messing with natural rhythms.

Thanks. Sleep patterns are deeply ingrained and hard to change. When you do change them there is a price to pay. Doing it arbitrarily twice a year isn’t worth the price to me.
