A New York judge has rejected Jeffrey Epstein accuser Jennifer Araoz's request to have a list of his 'recruiters' after his legal team filed a motion to suppress the files and said the case was moot in light of his death.
The 32-year-old woman, who claims Epstein raped her when she was 15, sought to have a court order release the name of the woman who recruited her to be abused by the billionaire along with a roster of his employees in on his alleged trafficking ring.
But the billionaire pedophile and his legal team refused to name names and dismissed the petition as an 'utter waste of judicial resources'.
In court documents filed Monday and obtained by DailyMail.com, Judge Melissa Crane declared the petition as moot and prosecutors confirmed the criminal case against Epstein was closed due to his death.
Following his death, Epstein's counsel wrote to the Judge saying they didn't have to release the recruiter information following Epstein's suicide on August 10 and because Araoaz filed another lawsuit against the billionaire pedophile’s estate.
The court papers, dated August 16, disposed the case 'due to death of respondent and petitioner commencing on action.'

Seems to me the suit would simply continue against his estate.
There would likely be serious damages involved.
This doesn’t make a lot of sense to me.
The fix is in.
NO ONE was EVER going to get in trouble for this whole disgusting matter.
They went after a Trump pick and the pressure to charge epstein probably mounted and he was thrown to the wolves.
Or HE would have lived to a ripe old age.

Hence the reason he was murdered. And people who believe he committed suicide have asked, why would he be murdered if the case is still going on? This is why. Bury HIS evidence.
Yep. One step at a time, one court decision at a time over a long period of time and this whole thing will disappear down a rabbit hole and no one will serve ANY time for what the rest of the world knows what went on.
They'll dodge, lie, obfuscate, file continuances and pay off as many judges as they need to in order to get this to just "go away". Bank on it.
So if the leader of a gang of masked bank robbers gets killed in the course of the robbery, the rest of the gang gets to go free???
Hopefully this will just apply to the criminal matter. You cant put a dead guy in jail, even though he can still vote.

Unless they got pregnant with Epstein’s kid, or they reported a rape at the time, they are going to be out of luck.
You can’t sue an estate for damages for things that can’t be proven.
