Ed Smart, the father of kidnapping survivor Elizabeth Smart, posted on social media Thursday that he is gay, divorcing his wife and doesn’t see a place for himself in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
In “one of the hardest letters I have ever written,” Smart wrote in a Facebook message to family and friends that “I have recently acknowledged to myself and my family that I am gay.”

I’m not defending the ideology. It’s just suspicious that the vast majority goes against the minorities.
So, when in history has that ever happened before?
It’s so easy for the majority to hate any minority, which is why we have a republic and not a democracy.

I've thought about it plenty; in fact have done extensive graduate research on the devolution of sexual morality in the U.S. among many demographic subgroups (and both sexes) as a result of the so-called "sexual revolution" of the 60s and onward. You will not convince me by glibly slinging the "hate" word around like all the other leftists.
If you don't like the FR owner's stand on homosexuality and this being a nation under God as expressed on the home page of FR, why expect any sympathy for your defense of husbands on the down low, or any other form of self-indulgent betrayal of the family.
You cannot make actual moral equivalence with a shell game of "this looks like that." Whenever a leftie is losing an argument, it's just a matter of moments until the Hiltler comparisons. Spare us.
