Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) on Saturday wrote a letter to Attorney General William Barr that "heads must roll" regarding Jeffrey Epstein's apparent suicide after his body was found and it was reported that he had been take off suicide watch.
"The Department of Justice failed, and today Jeffrey Epstein’s co-conspirators think they might have just gotten one last sweetheart deal,” Sasse, who chairs the the Senate Judiciary oversight subcommittee, wrote in the letter.
“Every single person in the Justice Department — from your Main Justice headquarters staff all the way to the night-shift jailer — knew that this man was a suicide risk, and that his dark secrets couldn’t be allowed to die with him," he added.

He’s right. Everybody from the top guy down to the lowliest jailer should be fired and replaced immediately. This was the most blatantly wrong thing that has ever happened in that jail, which was actually notorious in the 90s for housing mob bosses who could get whatever they want and even order hits from jail by bribing or intimidating some low level guards with negligent supervisors. But with such a high-profile case as this, complicity has got to go all the way to the top.
They all need to go NOW.

The heads of the PIAPS and the “Bent One” are the ones that ought to “roll”....straight off a damn guillotine, but hell will have 5’ of ice on it before anything ever happens to them. The country will suffer from them until they’re both turned into worm food from old age.
Unless there's someone further down the hill for the crap to roll onto, that is.

The lower hanging fruit and under paid guards will get the blame. The Warden
of the prison will get off Scott Free, even through he or she is responsible
for the safety of his inmates and the security of his or her prison.
Oh, they will try to use this to get rid of Barr.

Epstein convenienty kicked the bucket on the weekend so talk radio would not get to the story until long after the major media has a chance to set the narrative.
After Barr gets the letter, the media will announce that Barr died from laughing over a letter he received from Sasse.
God and a few others are all that will ever know.
Any justice needs to come from God, because it certainly isn’t going to come from humans.
Whoever is connected well enough to clip somebody in a federal jail is not going to get caught, no matter how many have been or will need to be buried.
Not if he’s attacking Barr.
I wouldn’t agree if he’s attacking Bill Barr. I think Barr has done a great job since he’s been there.
No doubt that the swamp is the reason it is like it is.
most people don’t understand the workings of a jail or prison. Easy to lie and distort or cover top mistakes.
Barr is responsible for the federal bureau of prisons and the FBI he and the doj shouldn’t investigate., I would put Rudy on this. There are some national consultants who would do an objective job; people who do after action reports on riots, hostage situations, etc.
This is like watching puppets fight—oh the horror. :-(
