Convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein is dead, law enforcement sources said Saturday.
A gurney carrying a man who looked like Epstein was wheeled out of the Manhattan Correctional Center around 7:30 a.m. The ambulance went to New York Downtown Hospital.
The incident comes two weeks after Epstein, 66, was placed on suicide watch after he was found nearly unconscious in his cell with injuries to his neck.
The multimillionaire financier is being held without bail pending trial on child sex-trafficking charges. Thousands of documents unsealed Friday in connection with a defamation case against the perv’s alleged recruiter revealed dozens of high-profile names that a self-identified victim, Virginia Giuffre, said she was forced to perform sex acts with, from former Maine Sen. George Mitchell and ex-New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson, money manager Glenn Dubin and MIT professor Marvin Minksy.
Epstein was busted July 6 over the alleged sexual abuse of dozens of young girls in his Upper East Side townhouse and his waterfront mansion in Palm, Beach, Florida, between 2002 and 2005.
He has pleaded not guilty and faces up to 45 years in prison if convicted.

I knew Epstein would die as long as he was being held in NYC.
It had to happen.
But, were they able to save and freeze Epstein’s brain and penis? They should have given odds on his survival in Las Vegas.
Well, just goes to show that anybody can be gotten to, for the right price.
Hopefully he had an “Insurance Policy” that will at least begin take down some of the scumbags that had him wasted.
The only question was when and it was going to happen. They closed at least one mouth and delivered a message at the same time. The message is that where ever you go, the Clintons will find you and kill you. Never forget that.
Probably. And there will probably be many other circumstances that absolutely stink to high heaven. And people will talk. But so what?
I wouldn’t necessarily peg this on just the Clintons. There are a whole lot of powerful wealthy people whose names have come up in all of this, including the British Royal Family (and who knows how many have NOT been mentioned yet.)
Watch for some girl to die mysteriously in the coming months who hasn’t testified already, someone we will later learn had been one of Epsteins girls who quietly left and started a new life.
