NEW YORK (Reuters) - A federal appeals court [the Second Circuit Court of Appeals with jurisdiction over New York] revived former U.S. vice presidential candidate Sarah Palins defamation lawsuit against the New York Times, over an editorial that she said maliciously linked her to the 2011 mass shooting that seriously wounded Representative Gabrielle Giffords.

Kudos to Sarah for riding this out to the very end.
The media needs to be held to account, they have crossed the line.
Really? Then Trump can sue these leftard assholes like Tlaib who linked him to El Paso etc..
Yep. Palin is a public figure, and libel cases are much harder to win for public figures. The Covington kid was a totally unknown private citizen, until the media decided to pick on him, so he already has a big advantage.
I agree with kudos to Palin, but it aint over till the fat lady sings. Hopefully she dont get a chance. Last I saw, if Sarah sings she wont be confused with the other lady. I hope she bankrupts this rag. Then its over. IMO
Ping.
Thank you libstripper.
“We find that the district court erred in relying on facts outside the pleadings to dismiss the complaint. We further conclude that Palins Proposed Amended Complaint plausibly states a claim for defamation and may proceed to full discovery.”
Good for her , and the socialist, media needs to be held accountable as they are out of control.
Outstanding!
Hopefully Sarah nails them to the barn door.
its sucks very hard that Trump went along with “white supremacy” makes me sick and a HUGE SETBACK for his own base.
It needs pointing out that one of the shooters is a hard core left wing Antifa turd.
Hourly nick sandman appeals his case too
Covington kid
I have seen that clip a few times.
Great upbringing that this young man was SO in control in the face of these sickos.
