NEW YORK (Reuters) - A federal appeals court [the Second Circuit Court of Appeals with jurisdiction over New York] revived former U.S. vice presidential candidate Sarah Palins defamation lawsuit against the New York Times, over an editorial that she said maliciously linked her to the 2011 mass shooting that seriously wounded Representative Gabrielle Giffords.

WOW!!! A big win and bodes well for libel actions that the Ohio Kids currently have going and the many that are going to arise from the present smearing of our PDJT and the rest of us regarding the present massacres.

Yep. Palin is a public figure, and libel cases are much harder to win for public figures. The Covington kid was a totally unknown private citizen, until the media decided to pick on him, so he already has a big advantage.

I agree with kudos to Palin, but it aint over till the fat lady sings. Hopefully she dont get a chance. Last I saw, if Sarah sings she wont be confused with the other lady. I hope she bankrupts this rag. Then its over. IMO
