Death penalty is definitely the correct punishment for mass murderers, regardless of actual motivation.
Someone needs to tell Trump that you cant fix stupid or crazy. You can’t legislate morality. You can’t prevent people in a free republic from defending themselves. I think Trump can understand these truths. The Democrats believe you fix crazy and stupid, legislate against self protection, and yet they think Trump is the problem.
I think hackers and identity thieves should also get the death penalty.

Federal death penalty for what? These murders are a state crime and I believe both Ohio and Texas have the death penalty on the books. I’m sure that Texas is more than capable of executing the murderer from El Paso. As for Ohio, the police took care of that.
The Congress can and should have an expedited judicial procedure for these people.
Arrest, trial and execution within a month.................

That “death penalty” needs to be “applied” by someone who is carrying. Just look at the Dayton shooting. The cops were there almost immediately, and yet nine people had already died. The best cops in the world can’t fix this problem, the armed populace has to be allowed to step in.
