I didn’t see a link to the manifesto. Can you help?
I can spot Soviet thesis antithesis and synthesis a mile away.
His manifesto has elements of extreme leftism against AI and automation, Ted Kazinsky style with dashes of supremacists crap like the Christchurch shooter.
Obviously the main supynthesis will be the adoption of his anti-AI plank and other leftisms which will be remembered to keep, while the immigration stuff will be remembered to discard by the communist media, picking and choosing.
This is not the work of a 21 year old. Not today. The sentence structure, grammar, vocabulary, and argument style are representative of one who has been educated in a manner rarely seen today, save for some good Catholic HSs.
That manifesto isn’t signed..,apparently the author didn’t know what his name was yet. When it was posted people were looking at two people with different names from the one last reported. I had to go offline to cook supper. So when was it confirmed as his and what’s his name now?
They announced they were going to come to the border the first week of September.

At that time he was a guy by a very different name from ‘Patrick Crusius’ so I have doubts about the manifesto.

Under “gear” in his manifesto, he says the AK47 “overheats massively” and so he’ll have to use a “heat-resistant glove to get around this”.
In the photos it doesn’t look like he is wearing gloves, so that’s a curiosity.

Feed that “thing” through a plagiarism checker, see how many ‘hits’ it gives, where parts of it were lifted ...

I tend to agree with you. Also, his perspective on the AR15 is like a lefty writing about being a righty. The initial AR design had fewer twists in the grooving and produced such a round. But the later variants added additional grooving to improve accuracy and decrease the tumbling affect. The first design was to sell it to South Vietnamese and a full auto ‘bush’ rifle.

The guys at 8chan have to prove it is Crusius’. I provided reasons based on the manifesto and 40 years of classroom teaching going back to the days of Watergate. The skills shown in that manifesto are highly unusual in a person who graduated HS three years ago in 2016. The arguments and ideas are well developed, show knowledge of the topics, anticipate counter arguments and despite the extreme measures contemplated the writing is not wild or irrational. It is calm and detached. Those are my reasons for believing this manifesto is not the work of the person in custody and on video.
Soros needs to find better manifesto writers. Brennan is too stupid to know the difference.
