Within the next three hours and as many blocks there will be three shootings in this pocket of West Baltimore alone.
It is home to some of the most dangerous housing projects in the country, where homicide is an epidemic; drugs are on every corner and rats root around in the mounds of trash strewn in side alley.

The Defense Contract Audit Agency is only good at one thing: covering their collective asses, and I'll bet you could say the same about every audit agency in the public sector.
During my CPA days, it took me one week to audit a nonprofit agency with 25 different federal funding sources. At DCAA, the risk assessment alone would take over a month. It was ridiculous, considering SOP was to establish risk at the highest level for every audit.
I read a screed or two.

The Cummings colluded to shakedown business before Cummings’ oversight committee. They strong-armed these businesses to pay up---or else. The businesses also were forced to hire Cummings wife as a “consultant” for millions more. Her only consulting expertse was being married to the man who could make it hard for them to do business.
The findings are shocking. According to the report, the Cummings nonprofit group was “cutting deals” with special interest groups directly tied to Cummings’ House Oversight Committee.
Maya runs her non-profit “Global Policy Solutions” along with a separate for-profit venture. The watchdog alleges her group “received $6.2 million in grants from various corporate backers including Google, JP Morgan, Prudential & Johnson and Johnson.”
The IRS complaint also highlighted that the Cummings made no attempt to camouflage their shakedowns......Mrs. Cummings’ separate organizations overlap in leadership, addresses, facilities, projects, and clients.

The pictures at that link were awful. How can anyone defend the leaders of Baltimore or attack President Trump for calling them out when this is what Democrat run cities are like?
The old Milk Dud is drying up each day and getting smaller, as his realities are exposed to the sterilizing light from President Trump.
