Robert Mueller, in his current state, should not have been allowed to supervise the Russia collusion investigation. But the greater question is, how long has Robert Mueller been like this?
The regulation on the appointment of a Special Counsel.......regulation further provides that the Special Counsel’s responsibilities “shall take first precedence in their professional lives, and that it may be necessary to devote their full time to the investigation, depending on its complexity and the stage of the investigation.”
On July 24, 2019, Democrats staged vivid and irrefutable proof that the appointment of Robert Mueller came to violate these principles. Watching even a few minutes of the hearing testimony, it swiftly became apparent that the stammering and confused Robert Mueller lacked even a basic understanding of the underlying facts of the Russia collusion investigation.
How, for example, could anyone following the story not be familiar with Fusion GPS? It was clear that Mueller didn’t write the report as he seemed to read for the first time excerpts cited by interrogators. He didn’t know what was and was not in the report. He didn’t write his letter to AG Barr complaining about Barr’s summary of the underlying conclusions. He didn’t write his script in the May 2019 press conference. Mueller can’t keep his story straight about whether he would have indicted the president but for the Justice Department Policy prohibiting the indictment of a sitting president. He didn’t even know that one of his top attorneys who headed up the Papadopoulos investigation (Jeannie Rhee) actually represented Hillary Clinton in litigation over emails.
So I’ll ask this again: How long has he been like this?
Did Mueller’s mental acuity recently fail or was it evident at the point then-Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein appointed him?

If you read the fine print of the video, that interview was done before he was appointed Special Counsel in May of 2017. The show was produced in 2018. So the interview is more than 2 years old.
Could be...I’m just saying I’ve heard him speak before and it wasn’t as jumbled and incoherent as yesterday...
Just my 2¢ theory.
I’m thinking Mueller was as tired of this as us. Rather than admit he wasted all that money on a dry hole, he chose the dope-a-rope as the easy way out so he wouldn’t spend the rest of his life answering questions/testifying.

Plus, remember Mueller is a Swamp Creature. And another of the big Swamp Creatures, the Speaker of the House, does not want impeachment going forward because of the damage it would do the Dems in 2020.

The way I saw it, his mental acuity failed in five-minute increments. It failed for five minutes with a GOP question, then perked up for five minutes (Rat question), failed for five, recovered for five, etc.
He’s probably yucking it up with his traitorous buddies now, reminiscing about his Blasey-Ford performance.
Here’s what worries me:
The democrats are going to now claim that Mueller is incompetent, not mentally fit and has been this way for over two years, therefor the investigation will be redone with Nadler and Schiff being in charge...
They start this BS all over again....
He was not about to get drawn into details of his scam operation/coup against POTUS Trump.
Mueller was probably appointed because of his condition - so he could be pushed aside and allow Weissmann and the other assassins run the probe and write it up the way they wanted......

If it’s dementia, less than a year can be the difference between outwardly normal to the average person to completely non-functional.
Honestly the right needs to stop squawking about this. The left will use this as an excuse to reopen and investigate with the “proper” person next time.
Just mock the leftists for their failure, and shut up about Mueller.
We have Senators writing laws and approving people who barely know what day of the week it is.
We have Judges who are in the same condition just waiting to die at the right time.

Mueller’s behavior is consistent with the likelihood that he’s being handled by very bad men who tell him what to do and what to say.
I am convinced that it was an act and now the Left will turn it into a bunch of mean Republicans picking on an old guy with dementia.
But, it won’t fly.
Didn’t he used to make coherent announcements of the latest process crimes he’d cooked up (Flynn, Roger Stone, et al)?

Just think that the DOJ and FBI is still infested with these scumbags out to get the President.
