I hope some R will ask him if he was ‘prepared’ for the hearing today. As in ‘Mr Mueller, when answering a Democrat question, you seem to be speaking quickly and succinctly. When answering a Republican question you seem to be flailing. How long did the D members of this committee spend with you, before your appearance today?’

RADCLIFFE: “Special Counsel applied this . . . the very first line of your report . . . here’s the problem, you don’t do that. The SC made neither a prosecution decision or a declination decision . . . you didn’t follow the special regulations. You wrote 180 pages about decisions not reached. Volume 2 was not authorized . . written in violation DOD principle.”

Yes, the longer it takes for him to understand the questions, the less questions will be asked.
He is only confused and frail when answering Collins, which eats up the clock. . Very succinct when answering Dems.

If you watch his eyes, there is minimal cognition. He is listening enough to be able to identify the answer he is supposed to give by the Democrats. Also, their way of question can be characterized as “leading”.

I think you are absolutely right, He has no clue what his own report says. I think he just rubber stamped this report and it was written by staff.
Looks like the guys behind Mueller coordinated with democrats...I wonder if they helped write the questions.

Ratcliffe went to the ROTTEN heart of Mueller’s report (section two), cut it out and forced Mueller to hold it up and OWN it!!
Mueller’s confusion took the wind out of her sails.
