There are two parts of Mueller's Russian Collusion story. Each of them is presented in it's own indictment. Last week we learned that the Judge in the Concord Consulting and Management (aka Russian Troll Farm) case has ordered the Government to stop saying that Concord was working for or an agent of the Russian Government. That is not alleged in the charges against them, but it is stated in the Mueller Report and in both Mueller and Barr's public statements as a fact.
Both sides (Concord and the DOJ) were instructed to file petitions for what the remedy has been for the State breaking rule 57, which essentially says that the prosecutor can't go around attacking the defendant with things that are not in the indictment.
Too late, they already did.
The most extreme remedy would be dismissal, I doubt they will get that, though.
But in any case when asked by some Congressman next week: "Do you allege that Concord was working for the Russians" the judge in the case has required that Mueller answer "No, we do not allege that".
So, 1 of the 2 "Russian cases" has gone badly off the rails. Even if Concord is found guilty of breaking some law (it's against the law to make sarcastic posts about elections if you are Russian? Who knew!) if the "hacking case" get's destroyed there is zero evidence of any Russian government interference in the election.
Despite what we've been told in "semi formal" documents like the Mueller Report and the Joint Finding of 2017.

IT specialists did studies to discover hack downloads vs thumb drive they went to like over in eastern Europe somewhere an no where near as fast as this was downloaded hence it was inside thumb drive. Seth Rich was murdered to silence him. It’s plain to see. I wish someone in govt actually knew how to connect dots, instead of playing us all for fools like they always do.
One fundamental thing remains certain: No prominent democrats will be prosecuted for any serious crimes. Maybe underlings, maybe a plea bargain slap on the wrist with a fine paid by someone else, or maybe nothing at all.
Definitely not a big lefty player going to prison.
