To avoid abuses, European law, the Dublin Regulation, requires that asylum seekers have their asylum claim registered in the first country they arrive in, and that the decision of the first EU country they apply in, is the final decision in all EU countries to prevent Asylum SHOPPING!!!

Just close the borders, declare the USA “full”, no immigration legal or otherwise. Moratorium. Say 50 years. Deport the illegals.
For any bona-fide Refugees to be admitted, at minimum one (1) illegal has to go. Something like that. On second thought, the hell with that too. Just patiently explain to the world, as a result of the abuses heaped upon us for 50 years or so by leftist asshats, we are unable at this time to admit anyone, for any reason.
Put that on the ballot. That would be “Democratic”, right? Nobody voted to have our nation invaded and dissolved.
It’s worth pointing out to the Negative Nellies, that Trump keeps his promises. But he waits until he knows he can win before doing so. Things are really starting to come together on many fronts now. Epstein, Mueller, and now this. And nobody should view the Epstein scandal as some isolated crime. It will almost single handedly take down the Deep State, when all is said and done, as it connects to the highest levels of our government and beyond.
POTUS has things in place that weren’t in place two years ago. He’s spent the last two years getting constitutionalists placed in our courts. He’s also reached a point where he’s been able to leverage cooperation from the Mexican government. Just think what would have happened if POTUS had instituted these rules changes 2 years ago. They undoubtedly would have been blocked by lower courts and might ultimately have ended up being blocked by the Supreme Court after a lengthy appeals process. And even if they weren’t, without the cooperation of the Mexican government, it would have been a hallow victory. Leveraging the Mexican government’s cooperation would have been harder, if not impossible, without active construction of the border wall.
