Not saying you can judge a person by them...just caught me off guard, a cop having so many.

It hasn’t been that long since tattoos on a women meant ‘rough trade.’ Now, we’re lucky if they don’t have full sleeves. Of course, I’m so old I remember when men didn’t wear ear rings, too...
