Saw the video...ugly stuff. I'm still not sure how much of the blame rests with the cop and how much rests with the dead guy. If I was a juror I probably would have voted not guilty. In a civil trial I'm not sure how I would have voted.

In a civil trial I'm not sure how I would have voted. I saw the video too, and I cannot comprehend how anyone would vote "not guilty" after watching it. The man on the floor was clearly no threat to anyone, and it looked like out and out murder to me.
That cop should have gone to prison for that bullsh*t he pulled. I think the cop was having some roid rage or something going on. He was irrational.

The guy was sobbing for his life. The cop was not threatened. He was executed for moving, not for posing a threat. This “cop” is a POS. Can’t believe they let him get a pension. He is young enough to work anyways. Lord help us.

I would imagine that if you were shot as that guy was, you would die too. I understand that it was shitty of him to die just because he had been shot, but I guess that is the way it goes.
