I would imagine that if you were shot as that guy was, you would die too. I understand that it was shitty of him to die just because he had been shot, but I guess that is the way it goes.

It all started with a 911 call reporting someone pointing a rifle out a hotel window. And IIRC the dead guy was drunk.

I've never pointed anything remotely resembling a firearm out a window...drunk *or* sober.
