Three people are facing gang assault charges after Buffalo Police say they were involved in a fight in Buffalo's Allentown neighborhood early Sunday morning.
Police say the three people were punching, kicking, and shoving two people while at Jim's Steakout at the corner of Elmwood and Allen.
Two 26-year-old men and a 27-year-old woman were arrested and charged. A 30-year-old woman was taken to ECMC where she was treated and released. No names were released as of early Monday morning.
A video of the assault was posted on a Facebook page titled, "The Ugly Truth of Allentown, Buffalo Association." A warning, the following video is graphic.

The 7 Eyewitness News I-Team has been tracking violence on Allen, after a number of other fights during the year . Last year, we told you there were nearly 1,100 calls made to police and 81 were for fights or assault. That was over a ten month period. We discovered bar patrons are being targeted and might not even be aware.

San Francisco’s Tenderloin. Across the street from the church of Cecil Williams. 2 black women were going at it and a crowd gathered cheering on the darker one who was winning. When it was over a man(black of course) taunted the lighter skinned one while she was down on the sidewalk. Can’t deny it’s out there my friends. These people will riot on the spur of the moment.

I’d have shot until the felonious assaults stopped and then explained things to the responding officers when they finally managed to make it.

Just as I thought. The usual rising stars of rap and basketball. Exactly the same people beating up an old man over a Big Mac, crashing a deck chair over someone’s head on Carnival, caught on hidden camera stealing a UPS package from a front porch.

This video was filmed at 5 am on a Sunday morning. I know it’s wrong to blame the victim but nothing good happens after 1 am Sunday morning let alone 5 am.
If they can’t protect us from these animals we need to protect ourselves, shoot to kill. They who prey will get the message loud and clear. They know the left and their social justice warriors will protect them from prosecution so they continue to prey

Yes. It’s just one of the many reasons I don’t live there.
Here in Illinois doing so would be legally justified to prevent death or grievous bodily harm. And Illinois, for all its many faults, is a Shall Issue State and the laws covering the use of lethal force are quite clear.
In this situation a legally armed bystander would be perfectly justified in using lethal force to put an end the situation after appropriate warnings were given.

The most DISGUSTING thing is that cop cars are there YUTES are beating down white guys about their heads (clearly trying to inflict permanent brain damage) and the BLACK COP PRESENT MAKES NO ATTEMPT TO DETAIN/ARREST ANY OF THE BEATERS. Who knows whether the black cop was negligent because of COWARDLINESS, because he supported the YUTES’ anti-white violence or because it is “policy” to not arrest them.

What’s the connection between Allentown and Buffalo?
Any permit or licensing requirement in any state is a violation of the second amendment to the Constitution of the United States. What do they fail to understand about "shall not be infringed"?
But the only way it will be corrected is if the pro- 2A people get as nasty as the antis have always been. And perhaps make use of the right to remove THOSE WHO GIVE THE ORDERS.
Not to worry. It’s all good because they are going to be voting Republican next election.
