This is from yesterday, but I did not see it posted.

The California legislature is a criminal organization.

So, In California. A person on trial as a pedophile and raping a child.

is he entitled to a jury of his “peers”? a jury of 12 convicted pedophiles and child rapists?

So, former police officers can't... But felons can!

Californians get a taste of how well their state has been run by democrats every time they step in human feces on the sidewalk.

Well, that is one way of emptying out their prisons and making sure they stay empty.

New meaning of freedom for all. Democratic party support crime. It is a good tool for destroying civilization.

“...The California legislature is a criminal organization....”

They have always been willing to add to the DemocRAT voting ranks any way they can....their lawlessness is what has happened to California.

I think the voir dire process will probably be effective in weeding out the felons. If they even respond to the jury duty summons at all.

I live in CA. and it has become quite obvious that our legislators don’t give a damn about VERY HIGH PAYING tax citizens of this state!!! This place has become a VERY HIGH PRICED HELL HOLE!!! I am caring for a very elderly parent as soon as she passes I am going to Idaho I can’t wait to get the hell out of here!!! A beautiful state has become a 3rd world cess pool!!! Ronald Reagan is turning over in his grave I don’t think there is ANY WAY this state can EVER be turned around the demographics have gone far past the tipping point the state IS GONE!!!!

First they legalize felons voting then well because they can vote then should be able serve on a jury. This is how progressiveness works. It is always a creeping toward insanity. If it is not stopped then there is no hope.

It will not stop My FRiend. It must be stopped. I do not see the will to stop it. Therefore, it will continue until it bottoms out and crashes. Things must be rebuilt from the bottom up.

Prospective jurors still have to get past defense and prosecution attorneys to be seated.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury how do you find the disgraced former policeman? Guilty or not guilty?

Guilty! Si!

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury how do you find the bank robbing, child rapist murderer? Guilty or not guilty?

NOT GUILTY!!!

“...the demographics have gone far past the tipping point the state IS GONE!!!!....”

Your observations are certainly correct. I have been a resident of same for most of my life and am old enough to have experienced California back when it was a WELL MANAGED state and the leader in the nation by most metrics. I recall reading headlines about the governor (Duekmejian(sp?)) fighting with the legislature about how TO RETURN BILLIONS IN STATE SURPLUS TO THE TAXPAYERS! Imagine that...no state debt. Real conservative leadership — it was the GOLDEN STATE back then.

The RATS have deliberately destroyed the voting demographics to ensure a one-party RAT state. Totally sad.

I’m sure some want to see felons serve as judges, too.

I'm sure ordinary citizens in California will really enjoy, and be educated by, serving on a jury with a bunch of felons.

But that means the prosecutor has to use up his challenges to get rid of them. I think they have a limited number of them.

Taking the concept of being judged by a jury of your peers to an extreme.

May backfire as some felons may wish to thin out the competition. Hate to be a Crip facing a 9 Blood jury

Sure, but how many felons are gonna turn up in a given jury pool? And don’t be so sure that felons necessarily want to see the guilty walk.
