Given the FBIs repeated intransigence over the years in responding to our FOIA requests, Im not of a mind to assume this story represents simply an innocent mistake.
The FBI has released 277 pages of redacted records that show the FBI failed to produce information from an August 2015 meeting with Intelligence Community Inspector General about Hillary Clintons email server. The FBI claimed that notes are missing and the CD containing notes from meeting is likely damaged irreparably.
The records, which were posted on the FBIs website, are the 32nd release of documents in response to our 2016 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:16-cv-02046). We filed the lawsuit after the Justice Department failed to comply with a July 7, 2016, FOIA request for:
All FD-302 forms prepared pursuant to the Federal Bureau of Investigations investigation of former Secretary of State Hillary Clintons use of a private e-mail server during her tenure. All records of communications between any agent, employee, or representative of the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding, concerning, or related to the aforementioned investigation. This request includes, but is not limited to, any related communications with any official, employee, or representative of the Department of Justice, the Executive Office of the President, the Democratic National Committee, and/or the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton. All records related to the meeting between Attorney General Lynch and former President Bill Clinton on June 27, 2016. Included in the documents are February 2019 FBI electronic communications documenting the damaged CD and the missing notes from the August 3, 2015, meeting between FBI special agents and the ICIG about Clintons server:

Missing .:.. phooey
Isnt that otherwise known as obstruction of justice? 😁
What a Surprise! NOT! Be surprised at the Sun for rising in the East. There are no rules and regulations for them.
The Intel IG should have notes about the briefing, so what is the problem?
THERE WERE NEVER ANY NOTES TAKEN, so YES they are missing.
Did John Dean have anything to say about the missing documents and the relation to Nixon?
There was a time when it was the bad guys who destroyed evidence.
Then the derps took over our institutions.
#AmericaUnderSiege
You’re a class act.
I was thinking FAR WORSE than phooey but I will refrain.
Unless phooey meant something a lot worse at one time :)
But you know what...clinton...the FBI...the whole congress...PHOOEY FITS!!!!!!!!
The bad guys are still destroying evidence...
The acme, the very pinnacle of our law enforcement agencies stored the notes on a single golden CD that just happened to get damaged.
I'm just a dumb citizen, but for thirty years I've had backups of my backups...then made a backup of THAT backup. Then I started using rotating backup drives. Then I put a huge drive on our home network and did automatic backups. Then I added a NAS server with many terabytes and stuck an external 8 terabyte drive on it to back it up. I use Time Machine to capture ny computer drive every hour for the past month and every week for the year before that.
I've never lost a single document. But I'm just an amateur dumb derp. What do I know about preserving documents?
They’re somewhere, just not where Fitton and JW can get their hands on them. Wasn’t it law firm records that were miraculously found by a cleaning lady, when things were starting to close in on a certain someone? If the individual(s) that have them feel that the walls are closing in on them and they’re looking at some prison time(hahaha), these records will be produced.
Outside of that, everyone and anyone that had anything to do with them should be incarcerated, under the NDAA, this afternoon. And remain incarcerated until they are produced.
Or is the NDAA only for us and some nobody Youtube, film maker that caused the entire islamic world to go spastic?
Probably so, but the rules state that the FBI has to preserve them or did Comey dictate, with authority he never had, that everything be destroyed? I think the more important aspect of it is, the FBI obstructing the investigation at all costs, as they know what it will mean.
You are talking about the Rose Law Firm’s billing records for HRC in AR that were found in a closet in the WH. After the case was closed and when HRC said she didn’t know where they were.
“There was a time when it was the bad guys who destroyed evidence.”
They are the bad guys.
Mueller’s work is complete.
This will end when traitors go to prison.
When does it start President Trump?
There is little doubt the FBI is trying to cover up its perfidy and protect Hillary from prosecution. However, it should be easy to prove the meeting took place with the IC IG and what was briefed. The missing FBI notes is just further evidence of a cover up and obstructing justice.
