Read somewhere that Finns have broader cheekbones than other Europeans. She certainly has them.
These people aren’t Americans. Yes they think Christians are an ethnic group. They think you can be an atheist and still be Christian. I got into an on-line argument with them over this so I said I was a meat-eating vegetarian to make my point. They understood that but still disagreed.
A recent study has found that 93 per cent of sex crimes in Finland committed by migrants are committed by migrants from Islamic countries. An investigation by the country’s police academy revealed that 1052 asylum seekers were suspected of crimes in 2016, with two thirds of them being Iraqis. The figures also show that out of 116 suspects of sexual offenses, 108 came from Islamic countries like Iraq (83), Afghanistan (14) and Morocco (6). 32 per cent of the crimes were rapes, while 16 per cent were gang rapes and 16 per cent were sexual harassment. Nearly half of the crimes were committed against Finnish girls under the age of 18.

Finnish is not at all related to Icelandic - they are from completely different language families
Finnish, like Estonian or Magyar (Hungarian) or Mari (in central Russia) are Uralic languages which may be distantly related to the Turco-Mongolic-Korean languages (disputed link)
Icelandic is old Norse - it's Northern Germanic, closely related to Danish, Norwegian and Swedish - in fact the 4 could technically be called dialects of each other and they belong to the North-Germanic sub-branch of the Germanic branch of the Indo-european family (languages from Gaelic to Bengali)
Though the Finns are technically not “white” - being of Uralic genetic heritage, so vaguely East asian related.
Finns are a whole different breed of cat from the Swedes. Totally different language and they DO like and keep their guns AND knives!

Those broad cheekbones again. Starting to understand the Central Asian connection. I was deployed there and many Uzbek girls had that same characteristic. Some were as blonde as that Finnish babe but insisted they were not of Russian descent.

Being generous doesn’t have to equate to giving away the whole bloomin’ store to any and all comers. A certain amount of integrity is needed to have something to be generous with in the first place.
Generosity has been widely lauded since the influence of Judaism, and later, its offshoot Christianity, on the world, helping to civilize it. Liberal in and of itself does not need to be a dirty word. Carrying it beyond godly limits is folly and a modern plague. We need to understand the evil driving forces behind Islam and respect the need to face them down in the superior force of Christ.
Not all that long ago, Sweden used to be outright Christian — hence the Nordic Cross on its flag.
Christianity represents a divinely orchestrated combination of mercy and firmness. It cannot fare greatly among men without either one, and God understands that. The question for us is whether we will understand it too.
