The media has driven the left insane. This data proves it. Since the beginning of the 2010s there has been a dramatic increase in far left social justice terminology appearing in news articles. This coincides with the launch of many leftist media companies who saw a quick path to profit by enraging people on social media.
The plan worked and according to Lexis Nexis data social justice and intersectional feminism began to skyrocket at media outlets.
The left then was inundated with constant content highlighting very specific ideological positions in an increasingly unhinged left.
Today we see the results: censorship, demonetization, and physical conflict in the streets. ...
What happened with Steven Crowder is inevitable as outrage culture is a proven tactic for gaining power.

It started out with Youtube banning "hate speech" and now they (and possibly others) ban "negativity". Who knows where it will end up.
Those who live their lives awash in subjectivism will subjectively see their "truth" as superior to others and will not seek the path of objectivism, because just as in the premier "Orange Man Bad" video, the unhinged left will become insane and act as such when the non-NPC Wojack approaches the sea of NPC's carrying signs such as "Traps Are Gay", "Communism is good in theory", "John Oliver Tells me what to do", "I am holding a sign!" "False Rape Accusations Don't Exist! #BelieveAllAccusations", and so on:
Wojack walks up and asks an NPC, unhinged leftist in the crowd, "Why" and then we see the unhinged NPC leftist go insane.
And perhaps insane largely because of a leftist media...
Break em up.
There was a time when liberals said “I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it” but those days are almost gone, with only a shrinking percentage on the side left of the centrist positions still holding to that belief.
It’s time for anti-trust action against Big Data. Maybe Big Media, too.
The either/or argument of do we go with either free speech or platform rights may have come to an end.
Are social media platforms like Youtube, Twitter, Facebook and so on such an intrinsic part of life now that people have a right to them as much as they have a right to a first amendment and that rules protecting speech, period, should be drawn up?
Where I am on that I have not decided as of yet but something has to be done...
They are monopolies for all intents and purposes.
Now its "I disagree with you and you deserve to die for it."
Liberals were already insane, and the media is controlled by liberals.
They are carzy to begin with. Hard to tell whether the media is making them crazier, or they are making the media crazier.
It is time for yardarm justice for the leftists. We are way past time when reason of Law is of any use against what is now a Revolutionary Left. If a third Republican dies from a single non-self administered gunshot wound in the next ten days I think we can say; that the real violence, as opposed to the show violence of Antifa to date, has begun. The Republic is over and we are coming up to a Napolean or a Lenin moment.
Geez... Your handle does a spooky thing to the address line.
Did you plan it that way?
Just look at Antifa.
Those loony tunes will crack people on the skulls who have no beef with anyone, have chosen no side, but are there merely to record what takes place on both sides.
To them there is no journalistic neutrality and you are either with them or against them.
No, actually I did not.
Interesting though...
I think that what he is saying is that leftist identitarians and intersectionalism is a new breed of wackjob.
Feral humans are being bred purposely in the Colleges. The next Gen is Gen-Duh. Knuckle-dragging Commies is the opposite of what this country needs: loyal, educated, and capable citizens.
People can call me crazy, but if we are not on our way there(to F 451, Clockwork Orange land), then where exactly are we headed?
Gen-duh.
Excellent descriptive word.
If I may borrow it, I can certainly use it in the future.
Yah, #Gen-Duh, #Gen-Knuckledraggers
What’s all this ‘intersectionality’ about?
