Days before Boston’s Pride parade fills city streets, celebrating the LGBTQ community, another parade proposal is causing an uproar on social media. John Hugo is the president of a group calling itself Super Happy Fun America. His goal is to create a straight pride parade.
Hugo explains, “We want people to be aware that there is not only one side of things. There’s a lot of people that are uncomfortable with a lot of things that are going on in our country and they’re afraid to speak up.”
The idea for a straight pride parade is one Mayor Walsh is quick to dismiss.

A Straight Pride march——
That would be like an all black college group or all black college graduation. Oh, I forgot, that’s okay with the bosses, too. Just no white stuff allowed.

The ALCU should be all over this. After all, they (rightly) fought for the right of Nazis to march in Skokie. This is a fundamental civil rights issue! In America, no government has the right to squash speech they disagree with. And no, the fact that certain groups may take offense and use violence against the marchers is not the marchers’ fault. Again, this is exactly the same issue as in Skokie, and I believe the ACLU went all the way to the Supreme Court. What this mayor is doing is illegal!
“Progressives” are behind all of this.
Hope they ignore the backlash and sue their parade into a reality.
I suspect the march would be swamped with citizens who have had enough, and just want to go on the record heralding heterosexuality.
This shouldn’t be an offense to anyone. Homosexuals have their parades offending the majority of Americans. It should be okay for heterosexuals to have a parade offending a few Americans. (if that’s how the want to look at it) I don’t look at it that way.
It’s just celebrating heterosexuality.
If that isn’t allowed, it really reveals the bias in some of our nation’s leaders.
Only be praised if it was white, straight people marching with signs reading ‘ Ashamed To Be White And Straight’.

There’s nothing progressive about this at all. It’s a very regressive return to the past when people in power felt they had the right to silence political opponents. The debate over LGBT rights isn’t free to go on. Our betters have decided perversion and unnatural acts are just great—maybe even better than heterosexual (normal) sex—and the rest of us are only free to shut up and accept it.
It’s ridiculous. If these people want to be proud of their perversions, I don’t think imitation tells them it’s wrong and the way to Hell.
A little more ripening. I wish it weren't so. Last time it was only 500,000. This time? The Median estimate is 23,000,000. There will be drifts, in the streets. Imagine. 450,000 cubic feet of blood. 50,000 square yards, a foot deep.
Can't say they haven't been warned. They want "Fairness", not Freedom.

To those unfamiliar with our “esteemed” Mayor....he’s a former union thug whose IQ hovers somewhere in the vicinity of 80.
