The gunman who shot 12 people dead at a Virginia Beach municipal building had been facing disciplinary action for a violent fight at work, according to a report.

Maybe I heard wrong. I heard he resigned the week before. So disciplinary action seems an unlikely concern. I think he was just angry.
One of our FReepers posted that he knew for a fact that Craddock was going to be given the choice of resigning or being fired. I can’t recall the FReeper name right now.

I heard he resigned the morning of the shooting and very little about motive. The media’s refusal to report inconvenient facts is creating a vacuum being filled with rumors and conjecture.
Hardly. In fact, the article quotes a “deaconess” from his parent’s church, speaking for the family.
This story will disappear tomorrow afternoon. Black Democrat maybe religion of peace= nothing to see here folks move along.
Say what? They said in a news conference that he was a satisfactory worker and he had no disciplinary problems. Must have not gotten the memo.
The MSM sure dropped this story quickly.

Yesterday’s news conference is he emailed his resignation that morning, in good standing, unaware of any disciplinary actions. Was not fired.
APPARENTLY the only TRUE TRUE thing that was shared/disclosed was that the shooter was NOT a STRAIGHT WHITE MALE.
My ‘theory’ proven by the lack of description of the shooter, not definitely pointing out who got shot and no ‘score sheet’ on breakdown etc, no hints of a MAGA or any RED hat.
BTW, we can’t tell just by names anymore.....
I do think the naming of the shooter was handled well inasmuch as not giving him ‘instant fame’.
May help in future nut bag situations if they realize they are NOT going to be considered heroes and have their mug plastered all over the place.
When ‘someone’ gets in your face about how taking YOUR gun away will prevent future shootings, ask if cutting off his ‘tallywacker’ will prevent future rapes and if they get REAL persistent let them know how close they are to making themselves the next victim..(sadly that does play into their hands...take one for the team to prove a point)...etc...
I ‘love’ it when the MSM goes into the neighborhoods where a spate of shootings had just occurred and a ‘community leader’ will say something about all the guns and who has them YET, if the Police come to the same neighborhood to try and ‘quell criminal activities’ they are met with hostility and non cooperative people who manage to get in front of the camera next time a ‘driveby’ happens in their neighborhood....
The confusion probably stems from the media trying to spin up an acceptable narrative.
Just this morning some official said he was an employee in good standing, and had resigned. What to believe?
Looks like the guy was triggered. My guess, CIA mind controlled. First things first, check out if he had/was under mental health ‘counseling.’
