At least 11 people were killed after a gunman opened fire at a municipal building in Virginia Beach, Virginia, police Chief James Cervera told reporters Friday night.
The shooter also is dead, Cervera said.
The shooter was a public utilities worker, he said.

I’ve only looked at a few comments before this post, so, forgive me if this is repetitive. When I first saw this story, they reported the gunman was in custody. Stop this bullshit. No custody for gunmen. Summary execution on the spot. This is real simple. Normal people won’t complain.
