for their cartel problem.

They can talk...but the tariffs MUST be implemented and continued (along with the scheduled increases) until the southern border illegal immigration comes to a DEAD STOP!

It's Central Americans but they have to travel through Mexico to get to the US border.
If Mexico would just enforce their own southern border policy, the flow of illegals would almost stop completely.
Apparently Trump's 5% tariff threat got Mexican president's attention "muy rapido".

I’m wondering if the lawsuit will be ready by the morning or noon.
We are, of course, a country of Judges ya know.
They even write policy and everything nowadays.

Quick work with a dollar store calculator (made in china)would tell anyone that China’s position is far greater than that of Mexico.
The Mexican Government begins begin every day with a prayer that America does not call their bluff today.....
Someone in Mexico “Get’s it”.
Hopefully, they will prove to be smart enough to build the wall in exchange for a more stable trade agreement.

Congressmen have no cojones, but Mexican presidents do. Winning is winning. Who’s going to pay for the wall? Mexico.

This is the difference between the USA and every other country on the planet. The USA can sit back and put tariffs on every country and it has enough internal generation and supply to not get too hurt
No other country can do this

The real target for pressure is still Congress. Trump is pressuring the companies that control Democrats and Republicans who block immigration reform.

A 5% tariff would be hardly a catastrophic thing. LOL.

I love avocados, but I will give them up if it helps stop illegal immigration. :-) I think that’s the only thing I knowingly buy that’s imported from Mexico.
