Longtime Mississippi U.S. Senator Thad Cochran dies at 81

ACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - U.S. Senator Thad Cochran died at the age of 81 Thursday morning.

Cochran (R-Miss.), who represented Mississippi in Congress for more than 45 years, passed away peacefully early this morning in Oxford.

these people are in office way too long and their deaths are no more important than anyone else's.....

term limits are needed because common sense is not common, and the system pays these politicos too much in power and privilege...
