A San Francisco leftist who gave big bucks to Democrats endangers national security.
An Obama judge in San Francisco issued a nonsensical, lawless order May 24 temporarily stopping President Trump from accessing reallocated military funding to pay for the construction of a desperately needed wall on the nation’s leaky southern border.
The case will almost certainly end up before the Supreme Court in the future.
U.S. District Judge Haywood S. Gilliam Jr., appointed by then-President Barack Hussein Obama in 2014, enjoined the Trump administration “from taking any action to construct a border barrier” with reassigned U.S. Department of Defense funds in parts of Arizona and Texas known as Yuma Sector Project 1 and El Paso Sector Project 1.

They have no way to enforce these rulings. They have NO constitutional authority in this area.

Is the action illegal or unconstitutional? If not, the judge can be ignored.
This happens again and again and again and I’m beginning to get pissed off at the people on OUR side for doing NOTHING to stop it.
Rule #1 - Every leftist in America will break any oath and do anything, legal or not, to destroy us, our President and our country.
And we just seem to sit back and treat them NOT as enemies, but as “fair-minded” and “non-political” (yes, I’m thinking of you, there, Chief Justice Strzok) people who simply have another viewpoint.
We can’t have a country with 50 million powerless people (read: US) and ONE powerful person (read: Trump) at odds with virtually EVERY one of our worthless political class.
We need to split the country up before people start killing each other, or we need a NEW political party WITH BALLS that can take over and run things and not put up with the infantile ravings from the leftists.

Until all these Marxist judges are rooted out, Trump should declare that the judiciary branch is corrupt and unfit for purpose and that he personally will rule by decree on legal issues.

I would love to see President Trump move forward and ignore this ONE LOCAL judge. It is so wrong. We the People run this country, darn it! That’s what should be challenged - the out of control judges.
If the Judge has no standing or jurisdiction, then why isn’t this mentioned by Trump? He’d be the first to deliver an eye poke, so there’d be a reason for his silence?
President Trump could ignore the Court orde rwhile it is an issue on appeal. It would not be the first time a president has done so.
After several court cases in the last century, in the 1970s congress passed an act regarding emergency declarations. The intent was to allow the government to respond to emergencies without being tied up in court. The act details the congressional authority to overrule the president.
When Trump declared, the check and balance responsibility was in the congress not the court. the house voted to override and the senate didn’t agree, leaving Trump the power to act.
There is no standing for a judge to block the government response to an emergency. Only congress can do that. judges don’t represent the citizens. You can’t protect us and the country if a judge can block the response with an injunction. 1 person endangering the country and lives.
Trump must stand up and declare judges have no standing in emergencies and continue to build. If he defers to the court, as he has in previous immigration cases, he faces a loss next november.
Lincoln would’ve arrested the bastard for interfering with the commander in chief’s valid orders to secure our borders and defend the nation from foreign invaders.
Likewise, all those ‘sanctuary city/state’ officials engaging in a conspiracy to thwart the chief executive’s lawful constitutional duties to control immigration and secure our nation from hordes of illegal alien invaders trying to overwhelm our border defenses should be arrested for insurrection and subversion.
This, coupled with the on-going democrat/deepstate attempted coup, is basically an organized rebellion and insurrection by the America-hating globalist left and needs to be put down, NOW!
