President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump attend a reception at the residence of Ambassador William F. Hagerty, U.S. Ambassador to Japan. [Note: see the Japanese guest to understand how twitchy Ambassador Hagerty is.]
Accompanying the President and First Lady are: chief of staff Mr. Mick Mulvaney, USTR Robert Lighthizer and Asst to President Mr. Rob Blair (helps Mulvaney). The funniest thing about this video is how President Trump (not a politician) is sizing up the room based on executive business acumen; and simultaneously the room is sizing up Donald Trump based on his status as President Trump.
Japanese Guest List (below):
A HISTORIC NEW ERA: President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump congratulate Japan on their new era of Reiwa and look forward to a great friendship and bright future.

"We are diverse! We have one woman among all the Japanese CEOs here!"
Groundbreaking diversity = one woman among all the men.

Meritocracy in action.
As it should be.
No short jokes?
Seriously, he made the GREATEST comments today about the trade discrepancy!!
If I had b.lls 1/10 the size of Trump I may have been a success :)
It’s VERY HARD not to admire him and sometimes envy him!! :)
We’re both NYers and I worked a block away from him, but he turned out moderately more successful :)
OMG.
Yours is a woman’s name.
And I sent a vulgar text :(
I sincerely apologize.
I know The President doesn’t drink, but just the same, kampai!

Basically every company represented there makes high quality goods.
We could learn a lot from the Japanese. We once taught them.
It is! Very impressive group.
No problem.
Thank you.
A,aging. You can’t even get an entire sports team to show this much respect to Trump.
I remember when then President George H. W. Bush barfed on the prime minister’s lap in Tokyo.
A CNN anchorman was agitated and excited, and said, “This just in....President Bush....” He was going to tell the world that President Bush had died in Tokyo, but he didn’t get to finish his statement.
Off camera, a man was yelling at the anchorman, “S-T-O-P!!!!
S-T-O-P!!!!”
The anchorman realized his near mistake, and said that he had “almost reported some disturbing information about the president.” It was a wild scene in the newsroom.
That’s a great picture of President Trump what a smile!

President Trump needs to tell the Palace gloBULL warming is not on the agenda; disgraceful piece at Daily Mail:
26 May: Daily Mail: Are Charles and Trump set for a showdown over climate change? Prince is preparing for a frank discussion with US President during upcoming State Visit
Prince Charles is set to have a discussion US president about climate change
The exchange will take place during Donald Trump visit to Britain next month
Charles has been a passionate environmental campaigner for decades
Trump sparked widespread outrage when he pulled the US out of the Paris treaty
By Charlotte Wace
According to a source close to the Prince, Charles will be very happy to talk about climate change ***if the subject is raised by the President...
According to Palace sources, diplomatic protocol says that the agenda for the meeting should be dictated by Trump as the visiting head of state.
But a source close to the Prince last night told The Mail on Sunday it remains very likely climate change will be discussed, adding that no conversations have taken place to prevent it from being raised...
Given Trumps notoriously volatile personality, a frank discussion risks becoming heated...
But a second source said that Charles had more than enough experience to prevent any diplomatic incident...
