Rudy Giuliani stoked concerns about his well-being Friday morning with a tweet containing a backhanded apology to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for circulating a fake video ofher appearing incoherent during public events.
'ivesssapology for a video which is allegedly is a caricature of an otherwise halting speech pattern,' tweeted Giuliani, one of President Donald Trump's personal lawyers.
'[S]he should first stop, and apologize for, saying the President needs an “intervention.” Are'
The tweet ended there, leading some on Twitter to speculate that Giuliani was drunk in the 9:00 a.m. hour.
It's unclear whether his opening word, a slurred-speech mashup, was itself a parody of the video that journalists debunked as a fraud on Thursday.

15 years ago I adopted a client’s usage of spiral bound, college spaced, Mead 5 Star (Very durable) note books to take notes, outline projects, agreements, conversations, etc. All chronological. I’m on #36.
There’s a few pages I’d have to work on to decipher but your pic is undecipherable so its yours as an example or that of a famous killer? Inquiring minds and all that?

I’ll have to try it but some voice to text is pretty bad. I left a relative a voicemail that apparently did that and they sent me a copy of the resultant text asking if I was having a stroke!
I heard CNN whining about it this morning, and I couldn’t tell any difference when they played the two clips.

“Hany Farid, a computer-science professor and digital-forensics expert at University of California, Berkeley, told The Post that there was no doubt that video had been altered,” NBC News reports. “But he said he believed the video Trump tweeted Thursday had not been slowed down.”
“Unlike the video referred to in The Washington Post article, I don’t believe that this video montage was slowed down. This montage, however, is highly deceptive as it compiles in rapid succession relatively small verbal stumbles in an attempt to portray Speaker Pelosi as stumbling through her press conference,” Farid told NBC.
The Post had published a story with a video that was circulating on social media. That video was allegedly altered to make it sound as if Pelosi was slurring her words, The Post reported.
But Rudy Giuliani, one of Trump’s lawyers, defended the president and mocked Pelosi for the video, which he called a “caricature exaggerating her already halting speech pattern.”

I saw the news conference live on Fox. She was slurring and searching for the words to use. She started naming members of their staff who were there for the meeting with President Trump. President Trump would have named them off effortlessly. Pelosi struggled with each name and actually forgot one of them. I thought, ‘OMG! Pelosi is a mess! She can barely talk!’ She definitely need a medical intervention. It like someone walking around jaundiced, unaware they have Hepatitis. For the DemonCRAPs to ignore her problem makes me say, “OMG! You cannot make up stupid!”

Maybe he was ridiculing Pelosi on the way she sometimes slurred her speeches.
I watched the original Pelosi video (CSPAN) and then the controversial one (Facebook).
CSPAN was faster; Facebook’s was slower. In both she rambled and slurred. However, she rambled and slurred faster in the CSPAN one.
Either could have been doctored—to be either faster or slower than it originally was—hard to know which one by now is truly “original.”
Perhaps he was dictating ...
It was a video montage of some of her many brain freezes. It was not fake or altered in any way.
According to the lamestream media, you cannot show excerpts of a liberal talking. You must only show several hours of talking to get the correct context.

True. My first smartphone, an android, somehow got its voice to text changed so that whatever I said came out in Russian. I’m not kidding. I don’t think it was translating what I said was Russian, I think it tried to approximate what I was saying phonetically into Russian.
That lasted a couple of weeks, and then it went back to English. I don’t know what I did to cause the switch or the switch back.
Anyway, you might try practicing it in text messages. Try speaking slowly and enunciating as clearly as you can. On my iPhone it will even insert punctuation. If I say “period” it gives a “.” and if I say “comma” I get a “,”.
