Spit on a cop, get a spit hood. What is the problem here?
Women did it - women put the see-through hood on the kid ..
For most of my life, I’ve been solidly set against summary executions. But incidents like this one are working to change my mind.
He’s competent enough to spit, it’s on him.
If they don’t like the spit hood, they should have raised the kid with some manners.

He was shown leniency. He didnt get curb stomped.
If he would have done that to other blacks in his neighborhood they would have killed him.
Disrespectful little thug in training. His parents should have reamed him for his nasty little mouth at authorities rather than demand an apology for the mask. Enjoy prison life down the road little boy.
And I’ve seen a spit hood placed on an old man with dementia. He was spitting and biting and he still had to go to the hospital. The police took it off as soon as he was secured to the gurney.
Standard procedure. At least the boy in question had the mental wherewithal to avoid the hood, but he chose not to.
The family’s attorney says officers should have shown some leniency, given the child is just 12-years-old.

I thought the cops WERE lenient. In the sense they didn’t knock his teeth down his throat.
That would have been my first option to stop the spitting.
If only whitey hadn’t held them down, they wouldn’t act this way.
Kids need to wear a label of some kind.
Showing their disease level, HIV, STD, measles, fentanyl, etc.
Do the cops know if they need a spit hood.

My cub knew better than to spit on anyone when she was a toddler-so has every other kid I’ve known-but I’m just a redneck living among others like me-I guess we just don’t understand what “appropriate behavior” is in places like Cali...

Take him to a holding cell. Strap him to a chair. Surround him with 10 cops and piss on him!
It’s considered felony assault in many jurisdictions. And if it isn’t, it’s assault on a cop which is also a felony in most places.

If he’d been raised properly by his family, this wouldn’t have happened. Spare the rod, spoil the child is just as relevant today as it was centuries ago. Guaranteed, the little spitter will become a little poo tosser in juvie.
