Parents should be arrested, wait let me clarify that, whoever the caretaker of this young twelve year is should have all parental rights taken away and the boy should be in a juvenile facility. Unless drastic measures are taken, this child will be arrested for some serious crimes before he reaches the age of 16. I see prison in this child’s future before 18.
