Super weird report yesterday that while he was in the USMC in Vietnam, Mueller had in some way been connected with THE PHOENIX PROJECT..?!
Anyone else hear that?

In the late ‘70’s, we were looking to buy our first house in the Baltimore metro area and looked at a couple of the cheapest for sale on Gibson Island. Inlaws lived there and one of my brothers in law would take me night shooting at the dump where we’d shoot rats with AR 15’s. It was great fun but didn’t last long because the neighbors reported the gunfire to the island rent-a-cops.
Mueller was in a COMBAT unit, and despite him being in the USMC, he went to Ranger school and Airborne school.

I’m confused. If Alice Truesdale Mueller had a sister Marie Truesdale Bissell wouldn’t her sister’s son be her nephew and not her first cousin? And wouldn’t Robert Mueller be Richard Bissell, Jr.’s first cousin?

No. The Viet Cong operated like the mafia, in that they had a man in every village. He wanted nothing, and asked nothing, but if anything happened to him, the entire village would be made to pay.
Maybe once a year or so, the villagers would be required to provide labor/taxes/support for the Viet Cong. A hundred men
might have to haul weapons, dig tunnels, etc. — had to. No excuses for failure.
Everybody was afraid to report on these men for the same reason nobody tells on the mafia guy.
The Phoenix program was designed to take these men out.
It did so, but whether it killed a lot of other extraneous people or personal enemies, is debatable.

While it is very interesting that Gestapo Mueller is related to the Bissell family, and a bunch of other establishment families (and it does interest me a lot, as I have been tracing my own family tree for nearly 25 years), what is more interesting is how Gestapo Mueller has abused the power entrusted to him for decades. Innocent people rotted in jail for years, 2 of whom died, when Gestapo Mueller KNEW that they had done nothing wrong.
He is a morally-bankrupt, utterly amoral/immoral scumbag, and that would be the case whether he was descended from kings or horse thieves.
