Super weird report yesterday that while he was in the USMC in Vietnam, Mueller had in some way been connected with THE PHOENIX PROJECT..?!

Your sources? A google search shows no one has anything to back up this claim. The source appears to be a Chip Tatum who is another run of the mill conspiracy theorist.

Mueller was a 2nd Lt. and infantry platoon leader in the marines. Until recently no one has claimed he was doing covert ops in Vietnam. This looks like a conspiracy theory that was created to sell books to me.
