The feds indicted Pras Michel, a rapper for the group ‘The Fugees’ on Friday for funneling millions of dollars of foreign money to Barack Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign.
The Justice Department accused Mr. Michel of funneling foreign money to pro-Obama super PACs without disclosing the origins of the money, which was reportedly tied to Malaysian businessman, Jho Low.
Jho Low was indicted last year on conspiracy charges related to a scam bilking 1MBD of hundreds of millions of dollars, but will face additional charges along with Pras Michel – Low, however remains at large.
The Justice Department announced Pras Michel was hit with a four-count indictment including conspiracy to defraud the US and making foreign campaign contributions was unsealed Friday in the District of Columbia.

The timing of this is very interesting given that Democrat presidential campaigns are just gearing up. This could be seen as a shot across the bow for those who believe that they can get away with illegal campaign funding.
Even if the MSM doesn’t spend a lot of time on it, I guarantee it will get around the Hollywood cocktail circuit.
This is O.K. even if it is from a 2012 campaign. It tells the miscreants that the law can reach them even after all this time.
We spent 8 years with corrupt Federal law enforcement. I'd rather we waited until Lynch, Holder, et al were gone to bring charges like this.

Why, if I was running for the county seat, I wouldn't think twice about tens of millions suddenly pouring in to my campaign.

Wasn’t there another instance of illegal campaign donations, for which Obama’s admin paid big fines?
Plus, weren’t there questions raised about all the $5 internet donations that originated overseas? Wasn’t that swept under the rug? Or was that what Obama was fined for?
My memory’s fuzzy, but I seem to remember Obama was elected with a LOT of foreign collusion.

Makes me wonder why Obama would deny Michel access to the WH. The Obamas always had the entertainment industry in the WH. Denying him access makes O look guilty.
