House Judiciary Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y) said Friday that special counsel Robert Mueller will not be testifying before his panel next week.
Nadler told reporters that the committee is still negotiating over his testimony with the Justice Department and Mueller but expects him to appear.
“He will come at some point. If it’s necessary, we will subpoena him,” Nadler said.
Democrats had originally hoped Mueller would testify on May 15.
Exactly as predicted. The Dems are getting cold feet . Bring him to the Senate.

They will build this up forever and he will finally testify 4 days before election day.
Mueller would be very wise to just move away with the millions of our tax dollars he ‘earned’

if he sticks around washingtondc and lets himself get pulled back into the quagmire....especially under ‘questioning’ (even friendly fire like Nadler)....
he risks everything (including possibly his liberty)

Mueller won’t show, because he knows that he’ll have to answer some reeeeeally uncomfortable questions under oath ... this guy has stuff to hide and does not want to testify

Nadler is scared to death to find out who the Mueller report was outsourced to for creation. My bet is Nellie Ohr and FusionGPS.
Neither should Don Jr appear. This is all a huge waste of time and money.
Mueller would be smart to come in sooner.
The longer they wait to bring in Mueller, the more things they can ask him about that will be uncovered.
Obviously the dems will kid-glove and grandstand, but the reps get time to ask questions too.
This is all about drawing it out as long as possible.
The Dems ain’t got nothing.
They just want to keep throwing mud.
The cross exam from our side is going to make this guy look stupid. For example;
1. When did you first realize there was no collusion? (We know the answer is, that he knew this in August of 2018.)
2. Why did you wait to report this?
Nadler threatened to have the Committee vote upon holding Barr in contempt, and even when he complied with fully obvious intent, they kept moving the std to make it more unreasonable, even illegitimate, then processed their contempt effort.
It doesn’t matter what Mueller does, they are going to keep changing the game to hold him in contempt.
They don’t like losing, so they keep changing the narrative and attacking the innocent.
Nadler has already announced he intends to bring out legislation to remove our Constitutional rights in our Freedom of Religion, to instead force his laws to promote sexual perversions in the homosexual agenda. Simple ignoring their illegitimate behavior isn’t good enough for their perversion. They now demand others join in their perversion.
Their same sick thinking is being applied to their corrupt political beliefs. They think they can sprout branches of government to cherry pick which laws they observe, which rights they observe, then insist to not being held accountable for their criminal behavior and seek to become even more criminal.
There is no system of governance which is consistent with their desires and intent. 3rd graders have higher maturity levels than they manifest.
Mueller won’t go anywhere near testifying under oath.
Let’s see the Dems apply the Don Jr subpoena rule to Cardinal Mueller....
In the first place, Mueller is a political hack. He has some very basic and easy questions to answer like why he didn’t investigate Hillary’s Russian dossier and why he waited until after the now illegitimate 2018 election to advise the American people that it was all a hoax and purposefully left the cloud hanging over the Republican candidates when it was all a lie? but 2, THE MUELLER REPORT is under executive privilege!! That means he can answer NOTHING about the report. He can talk about his “grand kids and golf” game on the Tarmac but otherwise he is finished!! In fact, HE is under the privilege but the President deferred the question to the Justice department for further review. Muller is a scum bag who hired 18 political hit men to bring down the President but was over whelmed with the facts. Barr needs to scorch the Earth with these seditionists as soon and sure as possible.
