Lies of this magnitude and consequence could only happen if this was all directed/approved from the top. We now know mostly what the cabal wanted to do and how they went about it. At this point we need to know who devised and instigated this plot, every conspirator involved, who ran the show, and how high the approvals went.
Bureaucrats don’t go rogue and put their bosses in criminal and political jeopardy without their consent/approval. In other words Comey, Lynch, Brennan, and Clapper were not the top layer. That is a virtual certainty
