One of the greatest mysteries of our time is how people who claim to be the intellectual elite seem to value diversity of skin color over diversity of thought.
An acquaintance of mine in New York just had to give up his career plans there and start studying for a different career in another state because he came to the conclusion that a white male with the best of academic credentials and life experiences would not be able to find or hold a job in a field dominated by women, nonwhites, and transgenders of all variations in a "liberal" bastion.
One would think that even more self-evident than any of the self-evident truths in the Declaration of Independence is that in the arenas of public discourse in general and universities in particular, where the minds of the leaders of tomorrow are molded, diversity of deep thought — or any other kind of thoughts — should be more important than diversity of skin-deep skin color. Instead, more than 95% of professors at many of our country's leading universities (not to mention the Mueller investigators, 100%) support the liberal agenda, in theory, and openly discriminate against conservative professors and students, which actually means they are not truly liberal in fact — more like fascists, in fact — masquerading most unconvincingly as liberals in philosophical and practical conviction. Were hypocrisy to be a justification for legal conviction, they would overflow our prisons.
No wonder one of the clearest intellectual thinkers of our time, Dennis Prager, founder of Prager University, repeatedly notes that many graduates of many of the leading universities of our country who study the social sciences may indeed graduate with more knowledge than they had when they first matriculated, but their indoctrinated over-percolated minds leave with less wisdom.

I’m in a very diverse car club. We allow members with 1963 two door, manual transmission Rambler classics with no radio, in all colors.
Diversity is our strength. So I am told in almost every communication from the university I attended. So I am told in every corporate diversity seminar managers are required to attend. So I am told in the mainstream media everyday.
Ask for objective evidence. You will be fired from your job and labeled a racist, unemployable forever.
Causes of groupthink:
-excessive trust in the collective
-excessive cohesiveness of the collective
-excessive fear/anxiety and/or guilt experienced by members of the collective
-unrealistic opinion of the efficacy of the collective
-leaders with an excessive lust for power over the collective
-excessive conformity to the collective
Signs of groupthink
-closed minds resistant to diversity of opinions
-censorship & self-censorship
-nondeviation from perceived collective consensus
-social pressure to conform to the collective’s beliefs/norms
-refusal to discus/analyze alternative courses of action
-discouragement of dissenting views
-refusal to permit criticism/questions that “rock the boat”
-rationalizing behaviors to reduce stress/anxiety
-defensive responses that result in group members fooling/deceiving themselves & losing their grip on reality
-complacency in communication & process of decision making
-taking excessive risks
-being stubborn/thick headed/obsessive in holding on to failing courses of action
“Diversity of thought”? Are you kidding?
The term “Diversity” refers to people of all races, sexual orientations and gender-based mental illnesses all thinking and saying exactly the same thing!

America’s universities are a large leftist politcal bloc, funded by massive government spending and massive debt upon governments and particularly students.
People think this was caused by some mysterious “zeitgeist.”
NO - it is caused and supported by large amounts of money and debt flowing to them.
Student debt is an even larger bomb than Fannie and Freddie in 2008, and its waiting to explode.

It’s not a mystery! The elite WHITE Libs/Dims have had Blacks and Jews and muslims and Gays on the plantation for decades (a decade for muslims) so if anyone thinks they are gonna change their MO now and try to appeal to the population as a whole they are kidding themselves.

Diversity of thought is the antithesis of this definition. The very idea that people can agree on some things and disagree on others seems to be unimaginable, and not at all allowable.
Thus you get things like the villification of people like Camille Paglia and anyone else who doesn’t follow the script.
Most of their "knowledge" falls into the category so aptly described by Ronald Reagan: “It isn't so much that liberals are ignorant. It's just that they know so many things that aren't so.”
