As to Iran? We should stay out of Iran but also not interfere with Israel if they decide to neutralize any threat inside Iran.

Efforts against Maduro so far have followed a typical, ham-handed CIA DC-swamp script. The result will also be typical. Slow and steady destruction of Venezuela, starvation, doubling-down of oppression by the regime, and leftist propoganda that the USA is attempting to destroy a small nation.
Trump is not going to attack Venezuela. He might threaten though.

There are more serious threats to the United States that can be found without leaving the confines of DC itself, that must be our priority at this time.
