On Friday’s broadcast of CNN’s “AC360,” House Judiciary Committee member Steve Cohen (D-TN) stated that if Attorney General William Barr doesn’t comply with the committee’s subpoenas, the committee has “no other alternative” but to use the sergeant at arms to bring Barr to the House.
Cohen said, “I hope it would be inherent contempt. Because in inherent contempt, we’d go out, take him, and bring him in, and have him personally brought to the House.”
Host Anderson Cooper asked, “You actually want to send out the sergeant at arms and force the attorney general to come?”
Cohen answered, “Yes. Because otherwise, it’s up to the Justice Department. The Justice Department is not going to do anything to take a contempt citation from us, and enforce it against their boss. So, you’ve got

for trespass on federal property.

Go ahead and do it. Barr answers to congress, not their staff. Barr can simply refuse to answer questions from staff lawyers since they have no authority to question him in place of congress. While Democrats are threatening to try to have Barr disbarred, he can file complaints on staff lawyers who question him above their own authority as well.

We may be entering into the dangerous time now, when the coup attempt has failed and now the co-conspirators (a.k.a. the democrat party) are desperate to use any means possible to preserve themselves. This guy is a clown but he’s voicing how desperate the dems are now. they MUST get to Barr so they can strike at Trump again, futile as that has been.
In that environment, a turn to violence is not out of the question, Not from jerks or his puppet masters like Soros and Pelosi themselves but if they choose to go down that path they will rile up their NPC ANTIFA and BLM brownshirts to do it for them with riots and gratuitous attacks on Trump supporters and potentially government officials while the media somehow spins that as evidence that Trump is the devil.
If a Republican congressman brought a bucket of chicken to a hearing i can guess what the response would be.
