That's pure fantasy. Barr didn't "spin" anything. He gave the spectrum of interpretation that could be made about Trumps actions. As a prosecutor, where you have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, he was explaining where that reasonable doubt would come in, knowing that in a courtroom, that's exactly what a defense team would argue.
He was explaining to the morons the reasonable doubt that EXIST thereby REQUIRING the DOJ to not recommend indictment.

The democrats and stooge media seem to think Barr will back off in hopes that they will quit saying bad things about him. This ploy has worked extremely well on Republicans in the past. I get the impression that Barr couldn’t care less.
I also get the sense that their old games don’t matter anymore. A new paradigm has emerged. You can’t stop the truth as long as there are people who you can’t fool.
