That's pure fantasy. Barr didn't "spin" anything. He gave the spectrum of interpretation that could be made about Trumps actions. As a prosecutor, where you have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, he was explaining where that reasonable doubt would come in, knowing that in a courtroom, that's exactly what a defense team would argue.
He was explaining to the morons the reasonable doubt that EXIST thereby REQUIRING the DOJ to not recommend indictment.
