The boomerang from the Democratic Party’s failed attempt to connect Donald Trump to Russia’s 2016 election meddling is picking up speed, and its flight path crosses right through Moscow’s pesky neighbor, Ukraine. That is where there is growing evidence a foreign power was asked, and in some cases tried, to help Hillary Clinton.
In its most detailed account yet, Ukraine’s embassy in Washington says a Democratic National Committee insider during the 2016 election solicited dirt on Donald Trump’s campaign chairman and even tried to enlist the country's president to help.
In written answers to questions, Ambassador Valeriy Chaly's office says DNC contractor Alexandra Chalupa sought information from the Ukrainian government on Paul Manafort’s dealings inside the country, in hopes of forcing the issue before Congress.
Chalupa later tried to arrange for Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to comment on Manafort’s Russian ties on a U.S. visit during the 2016 campaign, the ambassador said.

LOL. No new information here. Just confirmation of a previously reported DNC operative-Ukrainian embassy collusion. Nobody ever disputed the Politico article. Did you even read the article?
Chaly’s written answers mark the most direct acknowledgement by Ukraine’s government that an American tied to the Democratic Party sought the country’s help in the 2016 election, and they confirm the main points of a January 2017 story by Politico on Chalupa’s efforts.

It’s my take that things we have known for some time, will now become common knowledge to the Left as well, which will prepare the way for the worse things to follow.

I thought it was the most horrific crime in history to collude with a foreign power to interfere in our election?
That is what the left has told us for 2 years and it is all on record - democrats in congress, democrats like CNN and MSNBC, and Brennan and Clapper.
Speaking of them, why did Brennan and Clapper not step in to stop such collusion? You know they knew that the DNC was trying to enlist assistance from the Ukraine. Oh, the irony.
There is a fair amount we know and even more we can logically conclude. However, I don’t think the Ukraine has acknowledged this at the ambassador level until this news broke. That is pretty official confirmation and it is news. In order to view it in the proper context we have to interpret it through the words of the left as I said above - colluding with a foreign power to interfere in the election is the ultimate crime according to them!
I strongly suspect that the UK will make a limited admission at some point regarding their collusion in this scheme. They do not want to formally admit that they spy on our citizens for the NSA/CIA domestically and have for some time, but Trump has the advantage now and their desperate haymaker, AKA the special counsel, failed.

Although Ukraine and other democracies (many ex-socialist) worldwide may have problems with Trump and Russia, they’re probably even more uneasy with the prospect of left-wing socialists gaining power in the USA. Especially those like Bernie who love Cuba and the old Soviet Union.

This was reported in Politico like 2 years ago. Hardly breaking news and if this is being investigated NOW we are in big trouble. All these facts should have been gathered long ago and the criminal Democrats should be in the criminal justice system as I type.Easy for you to say big mouth.
