Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee lashed out at Sen. Mitt Romney after the Utah Republican said he was “sickened” by the level of dishonesty from President Trump’s administration in response to Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s redacted report into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
“Know what makes me sick, Mitt? Not how disingenuous you were to take @realDonaldTrump $$ and then 4 yrs later jealously trash him & then love him again when you begged to be Sec of State, but makes me sick that you got GOP nomination and could have been @POTUS," Huckabee tweeted Friday.

I didn't vote for Romney for the same reason. The outcome in my state was a foregone conclusion, so it was easy for me to vote for third-party on the POTUS line. I didn't vote for McCain, either. I voted for Sarah Palin and McWhat'sHisName came along for the ride.
Romney POTUS? Great joke. He nolonger longer can carry the base. He is a lying RINO. When President Trump tried to do what Romney had promised, Romney failed, failed even to support the effort. He was a bitter loser.

I voted for Huckabee in the 2008 primary. He was continually trashed on this site but I am so glad I voted for him. He is a good guy.
The more that Romney makes these counter pronouncements, the more he's going to discredit the establishment and drive voters to Trump.

Had Romney been elected president in 2012, that gun control bill that died in Congress in 2013 would have passed and would be law today. And the GOP would have renominated Romney in 2016, so no matter who won the general election, today there would be no Justice Gorsuch and Kavanaugh and no wall going up.
