PYONGYANG, North Korea (AP) — North Korea announced that it has test-fired a new type of tactical guided weapon. The Korean Central News Agency says Chairman Kim Jong Un observed the firing of the weapon Wednesday by the Academy of Defense Science. The agency reports that Kim said "the development of the weapon system serves as an event of very weighty significance in increasing the combat power of the People's Army." The agency says Kim mounted an observation post to learn about the test-fire of the new-type tactical guided weapon and guide the test-fire. The announcement came after reports of new activity at a North Korean missile research center and long-range rocket site...

By all means, tell us what undue concessions to satisfy the demands of Kim concerning territory, or gifts Trump has provided. Trump has extended a promise of helping Kim turn his nation around. It was a great tactic to use instead of just threatening him and moving toward military action with no other option once that was done.

President Trump's style of negotiating was on the trajectory we voted for UNTIL John Bolton joined the administration. ISIS was defeated, though I disagree with President Trump not siding with Assad and for working with "friendly rebels" (ie: terrorists at night). World leaders were visiting the WH on a regular basis. President Trump, though not being objective about the misdeeds of Israel and Saudi Arabia, was listening to the other side.
Now it's all about sanctions and threats and choosing sides instead of making alliances that are beneficial to both sides. And vetoing the bill to stop supporting Saudi Arabia in Yemen? The dems are being very quiet about that. I wish they'd be vocal, instead of holding it as a campaign issue.

There are other reports of North Korea saying they tested a tactical weapons, except no one can confirm what was tested. A antitank missile or short range air to air missile are tactical weapons in absolute terms. Did the DPRK test anything at all or is this more of their usual propaganda?
