FREDERICK, Md. (FOX 5 DC) - A Maryland man was knowingly transferring HIV to women he met on dating apps, according to officials.
The Frederick Police Department said 34-year-old Rudolph Smith, of Frederick, was taken into custody on Monday after a 21-month long investigation.
Authorities said they received a tip that Smith was actively having sexual relations with multiple women knowing that he was HIV positive.

If you actually read the studies you find that without blood-to blood transmission (such as when one organ is making another bleed) HIV transmission is very difficult and extremely rare. This is the darkest secret about “straight African males...” Women have very little to do with the transmission rate.

From what I’ve read, the transfer of HIV from a man to a woman is almost always through anal penetration. And is very unlikely with vaginal sex. Any woman who engages in anal sex with anyone is an an idiot.
HIV is not transmitted with every sex act...so he could have sex without transmission....if his women victims have HIV..but are sexually active with other people they gotta prove he gave it to them. They coulda gotten it from anotha’ playa’. Either way....lots of dumb stupid self destruction here.
