The Israeli Air Force attacked Syrian targets near the city of Hama, killing two Iranians, according to Syrian media outlets and foreign accounts reported on Saturday.
The reports attributed the attacks to Israel, noting that it was carried out from Lebanese airspace. Following the attack, and allegedly two Iranian soldiers were killed and several buildings were destroyed. The attack was reportedly carried out on a military base under the control of Iranian forces, and was attacked several times in the past.
In the social networks, the surfers posted a record of the attacks and missiles fired at the site, accusing Israel of being responsible for them. It is also reported in Lebanon that in the morning an unmanned Israeli aircraft was flying at low altitude over Dahiyah in southern Beirut. Israel has yet to respond to reports.
This week, US President Donald Trump declared the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) a terrorist organization and imposed sanctions on the organization. The day before, the Revolutionary Guards commander threatened that if the United States "defines us as a terrorist organization, its army will not be quiet in Western Asia."

surfers?
Getting kinda hard to keep insurance on that building.
Only 2 Iranians killed?
Look, it should be 2000, the IDF needs to get the Iranians all in one place.
Send in an IDF Stryker Force so it can get surrounded by Iranians, wipe the effers OUT!
The targets appear to have been a group of military facilities, including a center for weapons research and development. Among them is a Syrian-Iranian factory for upgrading the precision of surface missiles. - Debka
...the Israeli Air Force was for the first time operating under an American aerial umbrella. - Debka; the reason that there was no response from the Russian S-300/S-400 batteries.
NOT ENOUGH!!!
"This beach is safe to surf!"
Charlie don’t surf, but Hadji hangs ten.
There once was an Iranian weapons factory, ...
Eight more innings to go. Expect more hits.
Clearly more practice is called for...
The reason there was no response from the Russian S-300/S-400 batteries is because they are worthless junk that can't shoot down anything other than airliners flying straight and level at 30,000 ft.

...an unmanned Israeli aircraft...
Actually, there is an agreement between Putin and Bibi on Russian air defense over Syria when it concerns the Iranians. Not to mention the US over watch of the Israeli planes - think F-22 and F35s which Putin also is OK with, because he wants the Iranians out of Syria as much as the Israelis.
Also the Russian system that shot down the airliner was not an S-300 or S-400, but a Buk Missile System ... see: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buk_missile_system#Combat_service
The 300 and 400 systems have not seen combat in the ME because to use them unnecessarily would expose their latest combat capabilities - which are better preserved for a more pressing situation threatening Russian troops directly.
