Why hasn’t McCabe been indicted?
A criminal referral was sent almost a year ago.

No, because the comment was made and cheered in a room offsite of federal property apparently. Until there’s a trial and someone in the room steps forward you won’t see confirmation.
But not everyone in the room cheered McCabe’s statement. So we shall see.

Trump fired Flynn for lying to Pence.
But FBI lied to both Trump and Pence about Flynn.

Pence got played. And at best was a naive moron. At worst, he is a neocon GOPe guy happy to moderate Trump. After all, that is why he was picked.

Aren’t 302’s just the “personal remembrances” of the FBI agent??? What’s to prevent the “agent” from writing anything at all, truth or fiction, in a 302 -— if not corroborated by a witness or a recording, I would say the 302 is or should be legally useless.

There’s absolutely no reason to distrust Pence.
With that info, Pence didn’t have much choice at the time...the “wait and see” would have not clarified totally until the Mueller witchport came out.

FBI form 302 is used by FBI agents to summarize the interviews that they conduct. It contains information from the notes taken during the interview by the agent. Typically one agent asks the questions, the other takes notes.
If the witness had a lawyer present and/or someone taking notes they could be verified. If not, nothing would prevent agents acting together from falsifying the form.
